Co-design a bespoke programme including timelines and success metrics with the key programme owner and/or steering group, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the process
Facilitation of interactive and practical training workshops
Psychometric tools to deepen self-awareness among participants
Ongoing training evaluation to determine the impact of the partnership and to provide clear feedback analysis against agreed success metrics
