Carina is a leadership coach, who primarily supports individuals & organisations with the progression of their inclusion & diversity, working parents and female leadership pipeline agendas. She describes herself as a ‘facilitator of change’ in people, where she creates a space for her clients to work creatively on the achievement of professional and personal goals.
She specialises in developing inclusive cultures, creating MAPS to excellence, developing executive communication skills, networking, developing conflict competence and resilience, work-life integration, building self-belief and confidence, as well as leading with emotional intelligence.
Carina has coached senior leaders in a wide range of industry sectors and is also a dynamic consultant and experienced facilitator of professional groups. Carina’s clients include Teagasc, ESB, Salesforce, Diageo and IBEC to name a few.
Additionally, Carina was the former Co-President of the Board of PWN Global, a global non-for-profit working towards balanced leadership in business and society. She was awarded 'Leadership & Business Coach of the Year' by ICF Ireland and is the Author of ‘The Role of Executive Coaching in Developing Constructive Behaviors’ and ‘Successful Irish Female Leaders: Developing a Model of Excellence’.
