John Fitzsimons

John is a purpose-driven, authentic coach with a passion for people development and gender equality, delivering impactful coaching in a partnership style with clients. Empathetic, deep listening yet challenging, John brings significant leadership experience in both commercial and social sectors supporting the individual to achieve their potential while providing input as and when needed.
John has worked with numerous clients within the commercial, semi-state and social sectors. Clients include Workday, Mastercard, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, DAA, Sightsavers and Leinster Rugby. John is a member of the Business and Executive Coaching team in UCD Smurfit delivering the Coaching programme and is a certified member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Prior to his coaching career, John led the award-winning charity and social enterprise Camara Education for eight years for which he received a personal commendation from the President of Ireland. He is a TedX speaker and a vocal advocate of the Sustainable Development Goals.
