She also actively contributes to the design and delivery of our training programmes.

Sarah is an experienced programme manager with over 5 years experience working closely with clients from all sectors. Sarah is fueled by a genuine passion for the work that Prism do for their clients, and it shows in her dedication to delivering exceptional standards.
With a background in HR, Project Management, and Business & Marketing, Sarah understands the ins and outs of what makes businesses tick and how to customise programmes to meet client's needs.

Practice Administration Coordinator
Lorna supports on all Prism training programmes to ensure a best-in-class client experience through an administration that covers planning, logistics, scheduling and coordination.
Lorna works to ensure all programmes are delivered seamlessly and the participant experience is optimised by managing client expectations, communications and feedback.

Strategy & Content Consultant
Makayla is a behavioural science expert with over five years’ experience working in multi-sector consulting. Makayla contributes technically both to consulting client engagements and programme facilitation, as well as internal projects including business development.
Makayla is also responsible for researching and combining relevant information that can help Prism to deliver cutting edge, bespoke recommendations for individual clients.
