Whistleblower Protection Policy
Prism Leadership & Change Consulting (‘Prism’, ‘Prism LCC’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) is committed to fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. To this end, we encourage stakeholders to report concerns, grievances, or unethical behaviour without fear of retaliation. This Whistleblower Protection Policy establishes our commitment to protecting whistleblowers, the mechanisms in place to ensure their safety, and the consequences of any retaliation.
1. Commitment to Protecting Whistleblowers
Prism LLC unequivocally prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who raise grievances or concerns in good faith. Retaliation includes but is not limited to:
Termination or demotion
Harassment or discrimination
Negative changes to work conditions, duties, or pay
Threats or intimidation
We are dedicated to maintaining an environment where whistleblowers feel supported, protected, and confident in the grievance process.
2. Consequences of Retaliation
Prism LLC enforces a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation against whistleblowers. If retaliation is identified:
Immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination, will be taken against the retaliating party.
Stakeholders affected by retaliation will be supported through corrective actions, including reinstatement of roles, compensation adjustments, or other appropriate remedies.
3. Mechanisms for Whistleblower Protection
a) Confidentiality
We prioritise the confidentiality of whistleblowers throughout the grievance process by:
Informing whistleblowers at the outset about who will need to be involved or informed.
Seeking explicit consent before sharing information with additional parties.
Limiting access to sensitive information to only those directly involved in the investigation.
Ensuring confidentiality regarding the outcome, unless disclosure is legally required.
b) Safe Reporting Channels
Whistleblowers can report concerns anonymously or through designated secure channels, including:

Anonymous reports will be treated with the same priority and protections as identified grievances. If submitting an anonymous, we ask that you please provide some form of contact information to enable Prism LCC to keep you informed on the progression and management of your grievance complaint.
c) Support Mechanisms
Prism LLC provides ongoing support to whistleblowers, including:
Regular updates on the status of the grievance.
Access to counseling or advisory services if needed.
Continuous monitoring to prevent adverse impacts.
d) Enhanced Training
All individuals handling grievances will receive enhanced training on:
Maintaining confidentiality and protecting whistleblowers.
Identifying and mitigating retaliation risks.
Collaborating with external experts when appropriate.
4. Enforcement and Accountability
a) Breach of Confidentiality
Any breach of confidentiality by an employee or investigator will result in:
Immediate disciplinary action, up to termination.
Re-evaluation of internal processes to prevent future breaches.
b) Independent Oversight
Prism LLC may engage independent third parties to oversee complex grievance investigations or evaluate risks to whistleblowers, ensuring unbiased outcomes and adequate protections.
5. Continuous Improvement
Prism LLC regularly reviews this policy to ensure it remains effective, aligns with best practices, and reflects stakeholder needs. Feedback from whistleblowers and stakeholders is welcomed to improve our processes further.
