Maintaining Focus & Managing Time

Introduction video

It is challenging - particularly right now - to stay focused on tasks and outcomes. There are multiple people, demands and devices competing for your attention. Those unused to working from home have particular challenges in staying on track and meeting targets.

This workshop will show you how to challenge the feeling within you that your time is being controlled by others or dictated to by personal circumstances. Creating greater focus will lead to successful time management, greater efficiency and less stress.

Insights from this workshop include:

  • Understanding how habits form. How to challenge an inefficient habit and how to introduce and nurture a positive and productive habit.

  • Getting clarity on where you currently spend your time. Making the necessary adjustments so that important, but non- urgent tasks, are completed.

  • How to manage your current environment; signal to others how you work and minimise your distractions.

  • Best practice in relation to goal setting. Setting and attaining all key goals.
