We find ourselves in circumstances of enormous uncertainty – it is not the first one, nor is it the last. The human system is designed to navigate these types of situations, but we may need to use different lenses and tools to do so. This interactive and practical session is designed to boost and maintain resilience, confidence, energy and positivity. The focus of the session is on understanding the science of stress, its causes and its benefits to performance (when properly managed).

Drawing from research in Neuroscience, this practical and engaging session will enable participants to:

  • Be resilient, calm and focused under pressure

  • Understand their stress response and how to harness it

  • Utilise mental approaches that are effective in managing emotions and enhancing resourcefulness

  • Experiment with daily mental exercises that can forge new, productive patterns of thinking
